Other apps store your sets.Prup tells you what to do with them.
The coach reads your real history — the weight you moved, the reps, the RPE — and prescribes the next session of that exercise. Nothing generic: your numbers.

You've lifted the same weight for four months and nobody told you.
Stalling doesn't feel like stalling. One month the weight doesn't go up, the next it doesn't either, and since every session costs the same, it feels like you're working. Your log already knew: same weight, same reps, session after session. Storing it is useless if nobody reads it.
| 01 | Ready | You closed the reps with room to spare. Time to go up. |
|---|---|---|
| 02 | Climbing | You're progressing. Don't touch anything. |
| 03 | Stalled | Same weight, same reps, several sessions. |
| 04 | Too heavy | You're failing far from the range. |
| 05 | Not enough data | No history to judge from yet. |
The coach doesn't stay on the bench.
It doesn't invent a plan from nothing or ask your level. It reads what you did in that exercise, in that routine, and decides from there.
- 01 — reads
Every exercise, with a verdict.
Open the routine and every slot is already graded: ready to go up, progressing, or six sessions stuck on the same number without noticing.
- 02 — prescribes
Exact sets, weight and reps.
Tap the card and it tells you what to do in the next session of that exercise. If it convinces you, accept and it's written into your routine. If not, ignore it and carry on.
- 03 — responds
And when you finish, it doesn't go quiet.
Automatic diff against last time: weight, volume and reps per exercise, trends and PRs flagged. Plus the coach note, in the voice you choose.
A coach is only as good as what you log.
That's why logging has to be fast, exact, and work where you actually train.
Routines and weekly programs
Build the routine or the program day by day. Open the app and you already know what today is.
Sets, reps, weight and RPE
Set-by-set logging. RPE is what later lets the coach know how much you had left in the tank.
Lock-screen timer
Runs as a Live Activity and in the Dynamic Island. You don't reopen the app between sets.
Cardio logged as cardio
A stopwatch per set and optional distance. Nobody forces a treadmill into a grid of reps and weight.
Plate calculator
Tap the plates you put on the bar and it totals bar plus both sides. No more writing 4545 instead of 225.
kg or lb, per exercise
The bar in kilos and the machine in pounds, if that is how your gym works. Each exercise keeps its unit.
No signal, no problem
Log the whole session in the basement without a bar of signal. When you are back online it syncs on its own.
A ranking, not a social network.
No feed, no followers, no likes. A table with numbers somebody actually had to lift.
Global squat, bench and deadlift ranking, with PRs submitted on video for review. Also sorted by gym and location, so you compete with people who train where you train. The streak counts training days and survives two rest days, because rest is part of the plan, not a lapse.

Free is enough. Pro is for when it isn't.
You train, log, and the coach weighs in on the free plan. Pro removes the caps. 1 token = 1 complete exercise, all its sets — not charged per set, reset every Monday, and they do not accumulate.

What people usually ask.
01What exactly is a token?
A prescription for one complete exercise. You ask the coach to build the next bench press session and that token covers every set that comes out. On the free plan you get 5 a week (20 in your first week); they reset on Monday and do not accumulate.
02What happens when I hit the routine limit?
Creating new ones is blocked, nothing else. The routines and program you already built stay there, complete and editable. We never delete or lock something you already did.
03Do I need internet at the gym?
No. You log the full session offline and it syncs when you are back online. The coach prescription does need a connection, because it is computed off the phone.
04Does the coach build my routine from scratch?
No, on purpose. It works on what you already train: it reads the history of that exercise inside that routine and prescribes the next session. If you are just starting, onboarding leaves you with a ready plan — Full Body 3 days, PPL 3 days or Upper/Lower 4 days — and from there the coach has something to work with.
05How are ranking PRs verified?
You submit the attempt on video and it is reviewed before entering the table. That is why the ranking means something: the numbers at the top were lifted by someone.
06Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Today Prup is a native iOS app for iPhone with iOS 17 or later.
07Can I use pounds?
Yes, per exercise. The bar in kilos and the machine in pounds is a perfectly normal combination.
08How do I cancel Pro?
From the subscriptions in your Apple account, like any other app. When you cancel you stay on the free plan with your routines intact.
