Article 1. Definitions
- •User: A natural person who downloads, registers, agrees to the Terms, and uses the Prup App on their Device for personal needs.
- •Subscription: A paid access plan purchased in the Prup App that unlocks extra features.
- •Prup App: The mobile app released by Prup whose use is subject to these Terms, including updates.
- •User Account: The account created by User (e.g., via email/Apple/Google login) to access the Services.
- •Services: The services offered via the Prup App and related services provided by Prup.
- •Online Store: A mobile app store platform (e.g., Apple App Store) that allows downloading the Prup App.
- •Device: Any smartphone compatible with the Prup App, which the User owns or controls.
- •Prup: PRUP TECHNOLOGIES S.A.C., which releases the Prup App and provides the Services.
Article 2. Object
These Terms set the conditions under which the User may use the Prup App and the respective responsibilities of Prup and the User. Continued use of the Prup App after updates implies acceptance of the latest Terms.
Article 3. Access and Subscription
Access is granted through downloading the Prup App and creating a User Account. Some features require a paid Subscription. Users must ensure they have compatible devices and internet access. Credentials are personal and confidential, and Prup is not responsible for identity theft.
Article 4. App Features and Subscriptions
Some features are free; others require a paid Subscription. Subscription titles, durations, and prices are displayed in the Prup App before purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a Subscription for that plan.
- •Prup Pro — Monthly: S/ 14.90 per month, renewing every month.
- •Prup Pro — Annual: S/ 99.90 per year, renewing every year, including a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
Prices are shown in Peruvian soles (PEN) and may vary by App Store storefront and applicable taxes. The price in effect at the time of purchase is the one displayed in the Prup App.
Article 5. User Responsibilities
Users must not use the Prup App for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm Prup, others, or the App's integrity. Uploaded content must comply with applicable laws. Users grant Prup a worldwide license to host and display their submitted content for service functionality.
Article 6. Intellectual Property
Prup owns all rights to the Prup App and its contents. Users receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use. Reverse engineering, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
Article 7. Warranties and Liabilities
The Prup App is provided "as is." Prup does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Prup is not a healthcare provider; exercise programs are for general wellness and not medical advice. Prup is not liable for injuries, losses, or indirect damages from use of the App.
Article 8. Duration and Termination
Users may delete the App at any time, and may delete their User Account from within the Prup App (Profile → Delete Account) or by writing to afernandez@prup.app. Subscriptions remain active until canceled according to App Store rules. Prup may modify, suspend, or terminate the App or its Services at any time.
Article 9. Cancellations and Refunds
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store must be managed or canceled directly through the App Store. Refund requests should also be directed to Apple in accordance with its policies.
Article 10. Confidentiality and Privacy
Personal data is processed to operate the Services, in line with our Privacy Policy. Users have rights to access, correct, export, or delete their data by contacting afernandez@prup.app.
Article 11. General Provisions
- •Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.
- •Severability: If any clause is invalid, remaining terms stay effective.
- •Applicable Law: Governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lima Metropolitana, Peru.
